PREREQUISITES:

• Must be a currently certified WHY Coach OR actively participating in our certification program
• Demonstrated commitment to the WHY model and its transformative impact
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Willingness to actively promote WHY activities in your region

AS A REGIONAL/COUNTRY DIRECTOR, YOU WILL:

• Develop and coordinate WHY events and activities in your designated area with the Founder’s support and guidance
• Eventually supervise and support local WHY Coaches
• Build strategic partnerships to expand our reach
• Represent the WHY model with the highest standards

FOUNDER SUPPORT: Our Founders are committed to your success and are available to participate in both local on-site events and Zoom sessions to support your regional growth initiatives.
